  • RDS acts as a venue to allow San Gabriel Valley small store merchants to rent website store space as a member of AlioftheValley.com internet shopping mall.  

 

  • RDS is not directly involved in any transaction between a visitor and store merchants .

 

  • RDS has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed by store merchants, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of store merchant  to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

 

  • RDS does not pre-screen information provided by store merchants .

 

  • RDS cannot ensure that a buyer or store merchant will actually complete a transaction.
